Every time I put my leg over a bike; it's just a bike ride. I have never been around Richmond Park on a fixed before. I sold my Cervelo a couple of years ago thinking I would only need one bike. Now, the Condor will be my winter training bike and I will look for something in the New Year.
I am not bothered about the super light things. It's being light and in shape personally that counts. 50k tomorrow. Going up by 11k every two weeks. One week increase, next week do it harder, next week increase. Sportive, Etape, get old, fat and die. That's the plan anyway.
